- Spa opening hours are from 09h00 - 22h00 daily
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to a treatment for a smooth check-in

- Disposable underwear, bathrobes and slippers are available on arrival
- Please notify us of any health conditions we should be aware of, practice wellness responsibly
- Swimwear is required to be worn in pools, steam and sauna areas
- Take a break from electronics and mobile technology, lock them away!
- We are a health zone, so smoking, drugs and alcohol are not permitted.
- Please be careful when using sauna/ steam when you are on medication
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the spa facility
- We recommend you to lock your valuables in the locker or your room, as we are not responsible for any missing items
- Please observe silence in the sanctuary, to honor the space for guests
